We will be right over to celebrate with your glorious recipes! Seriously, that onion tart has been calling out to me for too long…Happy New Year, Lynda.
I want every single one of those!
Fabulous ideas. I do love those figs. Mmmmm. 🙂
I am definitely going to try your recipe for smoked mackerel mousse, but with smoked mullet. Smoked mullet is available at our farmers market from mullet caught just 40 miles away and is excellent. Thanks for the new idea!

Thank you for sharing your delicious recipes and Happy New Year! I think I will try the onion tart- caramelized onions are my favorite!
What a gorgeous menu Lynda, your culinary expertise is certainly shining through. I love Prosciutto, figs and goats cheese together, incredible! I may have to borrow this menu for an upcoming gathering. Happy New Year to you and yours!
These appetizers look absolutely beautiful!!! Happy New Year!
Wonderful ideas Lynda! Hope you have a wonderful 2012 🙂
I’m a big fan of pates and spreads so there’s no wonder the smoked mackarel)hard to come by in Australia) has tickled my fancy as did the smoked trout mousse.
